How to Create and Publish Shifts as an Administrator

The ShiftView app allows administrators to easily create and share shifts with members. No Excel needed and completely free to use.

Login and new registration

Steps to Create a Shift

  1. Log in or register to get started.
  2. Select "Create Shift" to open the shift creation screen.
  3. Enter the required information (date, person in charge, tasks, etc.) and click "Save Shift."
  4. Once saved, click the "Publish Shift" button to notify members.

  1. In the settings screen, you can add members. Use the up and down buttons to adjust the order of members and save the changes.
  2. When finished, return to the home screen.

  1. Date and day of the week are automatically reflected. Added members are displayed, and you can add or change their order as needed.

  1. Click on the member row in the date column to display input shortcuts.
  2. You can change the text and color of the shortcuts.
  3. Manual input is also possible.

Saving Shifts

  1. Once shift input is complete, click the save button. You can also save progress along the way.
  2. After clicking the save button, "Publish Now" and "Save as Draft" buttons will appear. Click the necessary button to save the shift as a high-quality image.
  3. After publishing the shift, it is recommended to share the shift's photo with each member.
QR code usage

Using QR Codes

  1. The ShiftView app can be integrated with your mobile device.
  2. Download the app and scan the QR code once to display your shift in the calendar with a single update button.
